A. In short, no. Please see the Block exemption page.

Q. Why are your prices so much less than BMW dealers?

A. Our labour rate is less than half that of a dealer and we buy quality parts from independent suppliers, so we can pass those savings on.

Q. Are the parts then of a lower quality?

A. Absolutely not, we insist on all of the parts that we use having certification to guarantee original-equipment quality.

Q. How long will you need the car for?

A. For major services, we would like to have the car for a full day, smaller services and repairs can normally be completed in half a day.

Q. What if you find extra repair work is needed?

A. We will always obtain he owner’s authority before carrying out any additional work.

Q. How much notice will I need to give for booking in

A. About 1 week, unless you need a loan car, when it may be longer.

Q. Can I have a loan car?

A. We can book you in on a day that the loan car is available.

Q. Do you have BMW experience.

A. Between us, we have 25 years BMW experience.

Q. How would you like me to pay?

A. Cheque (supported by guarantee card), cash, credit or debit cards.

Q. What saving will I make over Dealer prices?

A. It depends on what is being done, but servicing is up to 50% cheaper.

Q. Do I need to go to a dealer to preserve the value of the car?

A. The dealer will say yes, in reality it makes no difference whether you pay huge dealer servicing bills, or our small ones!

Q. What if I can get the job done cheaper somewhere else?

A. Tell us please, we aim to offer the most competitive prices.
